Product Information & Shipping We process your order on receipt of payment, in most cases your order will ship from our facility within 5-7 business days. When placing your ordering, each product states the approximate number of days it will take for your order to be Custom Embroidered and shipped from our facility. Product packaging such as ribbons, bows displayed in photographs of our products are subject to change without notice.
Shipping & Handling We ship your order via U.S.P.S Priority mail for a Flat rate of - $6.95 per Shipping address Once your order is shipped from our facility, most orders are delivered within 2-3 Business days depending upon your location.
For order totals of $20 or less, shipping via First Class U.S.P.S is an option for a Flat rate of $2.50 delivery time will vary from 2-6 days depending upon your location (Priority Mail is available for all orders $6.95)
Express Delivery is available, if you need an item by a certain date please contact us to confirm your order will be available to ship out to you in time & for Express Mail Pricing. USA shipping only
Return Policy Please contact Customer service@giorgiocreations.com for return authorization. If the item to be returned has not been personalized we will gladly accept the returned item within 14 days of delivery. The Product must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued for the Full purchase price of the item, Shipping charges will not be refunded . Refunds can only be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Custom Personalized orders cannot be returned/ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Oops, thats not the correct spelling of the name? Please verify your spelling is correct before placing your order. We pay special attention to every detail before your product is shipped to insure quality & accuracy was provided for your order. However, if we are responsible for a spelling error we would promptly replace the item free of charge.
